Temporary Staffing Temporary employees are often needed to assist with overload, special or short-term objectives. This option allows you to hire an employee with the required skills for as long as needed and when needed. An experienced GIS temporary employee helps you focus on more important issues. A GIS employee works for you for an unlimited amount of time to fill in for employees who are on vacation, medical for maternity leave, or as seasonal employees.
Temp-To-Hire Staffing This method gives clients an opportunity to evaluate a candidate’s performance before making a hiring decision. The employee remains on the GIS’ payroll for a negotiated period, at the end of which the client has the option to transfer the employee to their payroll. A temporary employee can be bought out prior to the expiration of the negotiated period. Temp-To-Hire is a great opportunity to hire quickly on a trial basis.
Direct Hire Staffing Recommended for filling key full-time positions. Candidates transfer to the client’s payroll immediately. GIS offers a 30-day guarantee on all direct hires. If the GIS candidate you hire does not work out within 30-days, GIS will either replace the employee or offer a proportionate credit of the fee.
Payroll Staffing Offered to a client who identifies an employee without the assistance of our recruiting and screening process. This option is utilized when management decisions based on budget, head count, calendar, or project length restrict a regular hire.
